Sikander Ahmed Rai new director general FBR Intelligence

The federal government has appointed Sikander Ahmed Rai, a senior government official, as new Directorate General of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Intelligence and Investigation. Sources told Business Recorder on Wednesday that the Establishment Division has issued a notification for the appointment of new DG Intelligence and Investigation.
Following removal of Major General Fahim Akhtar (Retd) from the slot of DG Intelligence and Investigation, there is no more retired or in service army officials within the tax machinery.
