Kenyan shilling holds steady against the dollar

Published Updated

NAIROBI: The Kenyan shilling was stable on Monday with traders saying demand from oil importers was being met by hard currency inflows from remittances and horticulture exporters.

At 0805 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 103.20/40 per dollar, the same as Friday's close.
