KAMPALA: The Uganda shilling was strong on Wednesday as some players in the interbank market sought to unwind their long dollar positions amid slow dollar demand.
At 1017 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,623/3,633, stronger than last Tuesday's close of 3,635/3,645.
