The death anniversary of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah would be observed on July 9 with zeal and fervour. This was stated by Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed, Secretary General Pakistan Muslim League (PML) while, he was chairing a meeting of programme committee of the National Centenary Committee of Muslim League.
He said a conference would be arranged in the Federal Capital on July 9 to render the valuable contributions of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah in Pakistan Movement as a sister and close associate of Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.
He said Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, President, Pakistan Muslim League has directed all provincial branches and main cities to arrange seminar and conferences on the death anniversary of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah.
Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed said that National Centenary Committee for Muslim League had chalked out a comprehensive programme to educate the younger generation about the heroes of Pakistan movement. He said on July 11 the death anniversary of freedom fighter Sir Agha khan would also be arranged. He further said that on July 31 birthday celebrations of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah would also be arranged.
