Habib Bank Limited has announced to online 250 further branches all over the country by December end. Inaugurating the Clifton Broadway branch on Tuesday.
HBL President Zakir Mahmood has said around 350 branches of the bank, at present, have been online, which will reach to over 600 at the end of the current year.
He said that HBL was providing all types of services, including car financing, agri loans, visa debit card, ATM cards and other valued services to the customers.
"Strong relationship with customers is something that we at Habib Bank are proud of bringing to the table as a hallmark of highly successful banking professionals," he added. He said that with the initiative of improving service quality, "I have high hopes that HBL would be recognised as a quality organisation, setting benchmarks for others to follow.
"Our vision is to provide best quality service to our valued customers across all segments and geographies," he said. He said: "It needs to remind ourselves that customer service is at the core of everything that we do in the bank."
Zakir Mehmood said that Clifton branch was opened in 1965, later it was relocated to new premise in April 2007 and currently this branch was serving approximately 5,500 customers with a deposit size of Rs 800 million plus. Head of HBL retail and consumer banking Abid Sattar, Sindh Assembly member Nisar Khuhro and other bank executives and officers were also present on the occasion.-PR
