Emirates flight collides with another aircraft in Singapore

Emirates flight EK405 from Singapore to Dubai suffered minor damage after it collided with a Scoot aircraft on the ground at Singapore Changi Airport on Thursday, the accident happened as the Emirates plane was en route to the runway.

According to latest media report, Emirates plane, a wing from each aircraft came into contact as the planes were preparing for departure, and a part of the Emirates plane's wing was damaged due to the impact.

All passengers on both flights were safe and no injuries were sustained, however both aircrafts are undergoing repairs.

Airport officials are working with relevant authorities to investigate the incident.
