A Large number of print and electronic media representatives attended an extensive briefing session on Wednesday by the renowned housing and construction conglomerate Al-Ghurair Giga Pakistan (Pvt) Limited on their upcoming projects Goldcrest DHA Islamabad.
It is exclusively a residential project and Platinum Square, which is a huge commercial project of its kind in Pakistan. The group's name is associated with various building and development projects locally as well as internationally Al-Ghurair Giga Pakistan is a synergy of two well-known business groups Al-Ghurair Group (UAE) and Giga Group (Pakistan) which enjoy a long term business relationship in various sectors.
Goldcrest DHA Islamabad and Platinum Square, Islamabad launched successfully and received overwhelming response. Both the projects are administered by the world's renowned architects and contractors, which include IJM, Malaysia, Abdul Razzak Associates, Hijas Kasturi, Malaysia and Nihon Sekkei, Japan.
There are total 17 towers including residential and commercial out of which five towers have already been launched in the first phase under tremendous response and number of units booked at the very initial stage constituted 85 percent of the total units. There are 3,800 apartments in all.
The group launched two towers initially that comprised of 36 and 21 stories and 700 apartments collectively with world class amenities and luxuries. The session was well attended and the top management and their associates briefed the media representatives that include IJM Associates, Sales Manager & General Manager and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ghurair Giga Pakistan, Haji Anis Pardesi.-PR
