Three militants died when a bomb they were planting on a road used by the army detonated prematurely in a tribal area bordering Afghanistan, officials said on Thursday. The three were killed at Datta Khel village in the North Waziristan district late on Wednesday "while planting an improvised explosive device," a security official told AFP.
