Ukraine's Nubian agriculture company plans to invest up to $30 million in 2007 to increase capacity of its grain terminal to 3.0 million tonnes from 1.7 million, the company's head was quoted as saying on Monday.
APK-Inform agriculture agency quoted Oleksiy Vadatursky as saying that, after the reconstruction, the terminal in the Black Sea port of Mykolayiv would be able to load Panama-size vessels. Ukraine operates 22 large seaports, able to load 25.05 million tonnes of grain per year and to store 1.6 million tonnes of grain in its port silos.
