Education or business

There was a time when there were no coaching centres, except for a few in the country, because teaching standards were high at schools and colleges. But now, the educational level of our institution has fallen and a culture of coaching centres has grown up, and changed into a sort of business.
The fees per subject ranges from hundreds reaching upto thousands of rupees. The teachers do not pay attention to the students at school, and compel them to join their coaching centre in the evening, which is their side business. It is high time that the concerned authorities make plans for the providing an affordable education for all classes of society.
