The Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) has approved the revised trading schedule of Pervez Ahmed Securities in accordance with the regulations for Futures Trading in the provisionally listed companies. The company had requested extension in time for completion of the relevant requirements for formal listing of the company including dispatch of physical shares.
According to a notice issued by the LSE on Friday, the company is proposed to be formally listed on the exchange with effect from June 21, 2007 and accordingly the trading in shares of the company will be shifted to ready counter under T+3 settlement system from the said date.
The first settlement will take place on June 26, 2007. However, the exchange may further extend the date of settlement if the company fails to deliver the shares as per revised time schedule, the notice added.
