DUBAI: Karachi qualifies for the playoffs after beating Islamabad United by six wickets in the 20th match of Pakistan Super League 2. Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars - were battling for the last spot.
Chris Gayle, man of the match who wasnt even in form for the whole time, surely made a come back with 44 runs in 17 balls, 5 huge sixes with 3 in a row. Gayle, after a seriously underwhelming PSL, finally came to the party when it mattered the most to his team.
I am happy to man of the match. Hopefully, this is the start of big things to come and we can go on and do well in the playoffs as well. There was a definite lack of practice and it shows in your game. But it will come together and this is not a bad time for it to start, said Gayle.
