HYDERABAD: A week-long special programmes are being aired on Radio Pakistan here in connection with the celeberations of birth anniversary of Father of Nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in a befitting manner.
Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation Hyderabad in its special programmes entitled "Quaid Ka Pakistan" is highlighting different aspects of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah's personality and his historic struggle.
National poems and songs, speech competitions in Urdu and Sindhi languages, besides a 'Quaid Quiz' competition among boy and girl students of different educational institutions have been arranged at Radio Pakistan Hyderabad.
National songs in Urdu and Sindhi were being recorded and aired.
To sensitize the young generation about the person and messages of Quaid-e-Azam, extracts from his speeches are being aired every day after 2 pm news bulletin.
These celebrations will continue till December 25. Change of guard at the Mazar-e-Quaid will be the special feature of the programmes.
A full day transmission to be aired on December 25 at Radio Pakistan Hyderabad in which discussions, Naghmat-Quaid, live coverage of change of guards ceremony and other programmes will be included.
