The Rajab moon has been sighted and 'Shab-e-Meraj' will be on September 1. Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman Mufti Munibur Rehman announced this here on Saturday. He said the moon of Rajab has been sighted and the first of Rajab would fall on August 7. Mufti Munibur Rehman presided over a meeting of the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee here at Habib Bank Plaza on Saturday.
The Ulema attending the meeting themselves saw the moon, said a statement.
Moon was also sighted in Islamabad and there was also report of sighting of moon from Naukundi.
