HYDERABAD: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO), Akhtar Ali Randhawa has set up a monitoring cell under his supervision to monitor uninterrupted power supply to consumers during the holy month of Ramdan.
A HESCO spokesman informed here on Wednesday evening that CEO was personally monitoring the situation and issuing directives to officers concerned for early removal of technical faults or replacement of faulty transformers with new one.
Besides, the complaint centres in all Sub-Divisional Offices of HESCO had been activated where the Sub-Divisional Officers and Line Staff were available at Sehri, Aftari and Taraveeh hours to save the consumers from any inconvenience, the spokesman informed and advised the consumers to contact at the complaint centres if they have any complaint regarding electric faults or power closure.
The Telephone numbers of Sub-Divisional Officers concerned had been printed on the electricity bills of the consumers, the spokesman added.
