karachi_rangerISLAMABAD: Senior Pakistan Peoples Party leader Prof ND Khan said surgical operation of law enforcing agencies has built confidence in residents of Karachi and life has returned to normal in the city.

Talking to a private news channel on Friday, he said many criminals have been arrested besides recovery of weapons in large quantity during ongoing operation.

He said the government enjoys full support of masses and it will deal with the situation with public support.

He maintained existing democratic government has taken all political stakeholders on board for operation in Karachi.

He hoped the government will succeed in restoring peace and tranquility in Karachi soon.
