Yemen president leaves hospital but to remain in Saudi

ali_abdullah_salehRIYADH: Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh left hospital Saturday, more than two months after a June 3 bombing at his official residence in Sanaa, but he will remain in Riyadh, a Saudi official told AFP.

"The Yemeni president left the military hospital this evening at 9:00 pm (1800 GMT) after receiving the necessary treatment and was taken to a temporary residence for a recovery period," he said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
