minskMINSK: The Belarussian government is hoping to receive a $3.5 billion-$8.0 billion loan from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), local agencies cited Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich as saying on Wednesday.

Earlier on Wednesday, the government said it had sent a request to the IMF for a stabilisation loan
