KARACHI: ICI Pakistan Limited has recorded a higher profit after tax of Rs 624.116 million during the first quarter ending March 31, 2011.
According to financial results despatched to KSE here Thursday, the pre-tax profit surged to Rs 948.982 million compared to Rs 609.778 million in the same period last year.
The earning per share (EPS) also improved to Rs 4.50 for the period under review as against Rs 2.86 last year.
