Railway installs surveillance cameras at various stations

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Railways has installed surveillance cameras at various railway stations including Karachi Cantt, Rohri and Lahore Railways stations.

An official of the Railways Ministry told APP that the surveillance cameras installation work is also under way at Peshawar Cantt, Attock City, Rawalpindi, Lalamusa, Faisalabad, Khanewal, Multan, Nawab Shah, Hyderabad, Quetta while the facility is under process at Sibi Railway station as well.

He informed that the new chinese passenger coaches have been inducted in the railways for passengers' comfort and safe journey.
