Industrial expos promote local industry: Firdous

MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan Saturday said that industrial exhibitions play a significant role in promoting local industry and contribute to the country's progress.

Talking to notables during her visit to industrial exhibition at Zahoor Elahi Stadium, she said that Gujrat had a distinguished status due to its quality industrial products in the country and abroad.

She lauded the efforts of Chamber of Commerce & Industries Gujrat and Mandi Bahauddin to arrange exhibition.

PPP MNA, Samina Pagganwala was also accompanied her.

Chamber of Commerce president Irfan Yousaf, MPA Haji Muhammad Imran, Khawar Javed Butt and Mirza Imtiaz also visited.
