Imran Khan will be clean bowled in next elections: Nawaz Sharif

Deposed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Tuesday that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan will be clean bowled in 2018 elections.

Sharif said this while addressing Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) social media convention. He added that his party will have a historic win in the elections and will shock its opponents.

Targeting the judiciary once again, Sharif reiterated that he was disqualified for not receiving his son’s salary. He added that Khan, who had admitted he had assets, has been saved from disqualification. “The ladla [favorite person] is excused despite confessing to his crime,’’ he said.

He further said that thankfully the courts did not term Khan's assets as his own. Situations like these are destroying the country, Sharif said.
