ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party Leader Babar Awan has said comments would be made on the Supreme Court verdict in NRO Implementation Case after studying it.
Talking to newsmen outside Supreme Court after issuance of verdict on Tuesday, he said the procedure for implementation on the Supreme Court judgment has been mentioned in article 187-2 of the constitution.
He said parliament had unanimously elected Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani as Prime Minister and the people of Pakistan would decide that who is eligible and who is not.
Earlier, a five member bench of the Supreme Court in its verdict gave six options for the implementation of the NRO verdict and referred them to the Chief Justice of Pakistan for constitution of a larger bench to decide on those options.
