Futures spread up by 78 basis points

The futures spread increased by 78bps to 8.48 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter improved as average daily volumes surged by 218.9 percent to 124.35 million shares. Average daily trading value increased by 146.3 percent to Rs 4.581 billion during this week.
