'740 factories established at SIE so far'

As many as 740 factories have so far been set up with an investment of Rs 40 billion at the Sundar Industrial Estate. The Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) chairman Rizwan Khalid Butt revealed this while speaking at the 5th Annual Flower Show held at the estate on Friday. He said that number of direct employees in this industrial estate had reached to 125,000 and indirect employment to 800,000 people.
