KARACHI: A man was shot and injured in North Karachi area of the metropolis on Thursday.

According to rescue sources, a 45-year-old man, Khalid Mehmood, son of Ghulam Uddin, was shot and injured by unidentified armed man in Ajmer Nagri of North Karachi.

The identity of the attacker could not be ascertained yet. He was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.
