China's 'commercial practices' an issue

White House economic advisor Lawrence Summers on Sunday declined to say whether China was manipulating its currency but cited its "commercial practices" as a major issue. Appearing on CNN, Summers said, "There are clearly crucial issues with respect to commercial practices in a number of countries, including China."
He also said increasing exports is the best way to bring back lost US manufacturing jobs.
