ISLAMABAD: Minister for Commerce Engr. Khurram Dastgir Khan on Tuesday said Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif had launched Sukkur-Hyderabad motorway and Thar coal project to improve road connectivity.
The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government was working on vision to put the country on right path of development.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the present government was delivering for betterment on utmost interest of the country and masses. Incidents of terrorism had reduced to a great extent, he added.
The minister said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was biggest mega national project being executed by PML-N government, it would bring economic revolution in the country.
Motorways were being built in Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) through CPEC, he said.
He said that political parties would get votes on the basis of thier performance in next general elections.
He questioned that why Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had not mentioned any development work of his provincial government in Sindh during his speech at Ghari Khuda Bux.
It was reality that PPP had not done any development in Sindh, he said.
Khurram Dastgir said the present PPP was a visionless party and doing politics only on one point to get power.
PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari had asserted in his speech to get power in next general elections, he said and added it was easy to say about getting power but people would cast votes on the basis of performance.
