The company is a B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) fintech that uses proprietary technology to score financial transactional data already possessed by banks. It enables personalised digital marketing to qualified prospects and provides real-time loans. The platform offers rigorous credit scoring to ensure portfolio quality for banks.

In February 2023, AdalFi raised $7.5 million in funding. This round was led by UAE-based COTU Ventures and Chimaera Ventures, Pakistan-based Fatima Gobi Ventures and Zayn Capital, and angel investors.

The fintech aims to address the challenge of limited access to credit in Pakistan, where only 30% of adults have access to formal banking services.

Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has experienced a strong revival in its initial public offering (IPO) market in the ongoing year 2026, demonstrating significant momentum and robust post-listing performance. This period has seen a notable surge in activity and positive market sentiment.

Service Long March Tyres Limited (SLM) raised Rs7.77 billion, making it the largest IPO transaction in PSX history, with its book-building fully subscribed within 5 seconds.

Ghani Dairies Limited raised Rs3.44 billion, becoming Pakistan’s first listed corporate dairy farm. Select Technologies Limited announced plans for an IPO to raise Rs2.489 billion, with book-building scheduled for June 2026 and public subscription in July 2026.

The overall robust momentum is driven by improved macroeconomic stability under the International Monetary Fund (IMF) program, positive market sentiment, high liquidity, falling interest rates, and political stability.
