KIEV: Ukraine will create a consortium with Spanish gas distributor Enagas to build the first liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in the former Soviet republic, Ukrainian officials said on Monday.
Enagas will have a 75 percent stake in the consortium and Ukraine will own the remaining 25 percent.
The terminal will be built near the Black Sea port of Odessa.
