Low sulphur gasoil deliveries crash to zero in Sept: ICE

sulpLONDON: Deliveries of low-sulphur gasoil, also known as diesel, fell back to zero in September, after hitting 126,000 tonnes for August, the InterContinental Exchange (ICE) said on Wednesday.

Diesel deliveries had previously slumped to zero in July.

Physical deliveries of gasoil for the September futures contract amounted to 190,000 tonnes, or 1,900 lots, up from 100,000 tonnes in the previous month.

The ICE gasoil September contract settled at $1,006 a tonne.
