KARACHI: With the reduction in demand, the prices of chicken and its meat also came down by Rs10 and Rs18 per kg respectively on the local market on Monday.

The price of live broiler reduced to Rs130 per kg and its meat Rs222 per kg on the local market, wholesalers said.

Demand for chicken decreases in the month of Ramazan which forces the farmers and sellers to cut its price to attract customers.
