Genelia D’Souza to make a comeback with Ritesh Deshmukh

KARACHI: Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza are reportedly being paired in Saket Chaudhary’s next film, their first project together after marraige.

The film, a romantic comedy, will be produced by Shree Ashtavinaya and Cine Vision while Chaudhary will be directing the venture.

Both actors made their acting debut in 2003 with “Tujhe Meri Kasam” and have jointly appeared in two more films namely “Masti” and “Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya.”

After their first film, D’Souza turned her focus to Southern films after failing to make an impact, until her first big hit ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa’ opposite Imran Khan in 2008.

Deshmukh and D’Souza got married on February 4th of this year after a courtship that lasted nearly 10 years. Deshmukh shared his happiness with his fans on completion of ten years in

Bollywood and his association with Genelia.

“It’s almost 10 yrs since d release of my debut film TUJHE MERI KASAM... Tujhe Meri kasam is special coz it’s my debut film and that's where I met the woman of my life-my baiko.”

Their upcoming film will make a comeback of D’souza after her marriage. However, official announcement and other details of the upcoming venture have yet to be released.
