LONDON: Saudi Arabia has raised the August official selling price (OSP) for its light crude for Asia and Europe from July, state run oil firm Saudi Aramco said on Wednesday.
It set the OSP for Arab Light crude for Asian buyers at the average of Oman and Dubai plus $2.05 a barrel for August, up 70 cents from July.
The OSP for Arab Light to North West Europe was set at BWAVE minus $1.65, up $1.00 from the July price.
Prices for crude from the Egyptian port of Sidi Kerir were lowered except on Arab Light, which was raised 5 cents to BWAVE minus $1.75 a barrel on a fob basis.
Arab Extra Light was dropped 5 cents to BWAVE minus $0.30, Arab Medium was lowered by 20 cents to BWAVE minus $2.95 and Arab Heavy down by 10 cents to BWAVE minus $4.70 a barrel.
