VIENNA: OPEC should leave its 30 million barrels per day output ceiling unchanged when it meets on Thursday, Angolan Oil Minister Jose de Vasconcelos said on Tuesday.
The minister was also asked by reporters if he thought the oil market was oversupplied. "I think so," he replied. "But the price is very comfortable for all of us - for investors, consumers and producers.
