KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Thursday at 19,982.21 points with a negative change of -454.41 and volume of 130,266,100 shares. High and Low were 20,506.03 and 19,944.27 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 0 were up, 30 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 232,569,970 shares. Total companies traded were 384 of which 69 were positive, 304 were negative and 11 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 42,694,500 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 22,614,500 shares.
