ANP to stand by anti-government movement: Asfandyar

ANP's chief Asfandyar Wali Khan has that Maulana Fazalur Rehman has declared war on the PTI government and they had stated in unequivocal terms that ANP is standing by its decision taken in this regard. In a statement issued from Wali Bagh, Charsadda here on Friday, he said that if someone wants to give impression that opposition is divided then it is his misconception. He said that decision regarding Azadi March will be taken by the Rehber Committee and that will be implemented in letter and spirit.

The ANP leader said that they also the same stance that the elections were stolen and biggest thief is Imran Khan, who had snatched the public meeting. He said that today no one is concerned about poor and they are being deprived of their power to purchase. But, the policy makers are silent spectators to it.

Responding the charges levelled by Prime Minister Imran Khan, the ANP chief reiterated his challenged that he presents all properties of his family. He said that Imran Khan continuously targeted him as corrupt and was used to allege that Asfandyar Wali Khan has properties in Dubai and Malaysia. He said that today I challenging him if any theft or corruption is proved against him and any member of his family then he should be publicly hanged.

Asfandyar Wali Khan alleged that opposition is being victimized in the name of accountability and today only selected accountability is continued in the country that would be avenged. He said that those conducting the accountability of the sister of Asif Ali Zardari and daughter of Nawaz Sharif cannot ask his sister, who has confessed corruption through disclosing benami properties. He said that they are experienced in running protest movements.
