MANILA: The Philippine Bureau of Treasury rejected all bids at a regular auction of 91-day T-bills on Monday after getting thin volumes and bids higher than the previous auction rate.
At the previous auction on April 2, the debt paper fetched an average rate of 2.494 percent.
