MOSCOW: Russia's Surgutneftegaz issued a spot tender to sell two cargoes of ESPO Blend crude oil loading from Kozmino port Aug. 31 to Sept. 5 and Sept. 4-9, traders said.
The tender closes on July 17 at 1400 Moscow time (1100 GMT).
The ESPO Blend crude oil loading plan for September is expected to be released next week, traders said.
