KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Tuesday at 19,410.84 points with a negative change of -317.00 and volume of 81,619,200 shares. High and Low were 19,741.87 and 19,266.53 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 2 were up, 27 were down and 1 was unchanged.
Total volume traded in the market was 119,605,080 shares. Total companies traded were 330 of which 62 were positive, 251 were negative and 17 were unchanged.
Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 19,309,500 shares. It was followed by Chemicals with a total traded volume of 15,255,950 shares.
