Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan on Tuesday said that Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions have rendered supreme scarifies in Karbala for the glory of Islam which would be remembered in all times to come. Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions fought for the supremacy of "Truth" and not bowed their knees in front of ineffectual forces for ensuring the supremacy of Islam and great Karbala tragedy was the greatest incident in the world she said.
Addressing The "Shuhada Karbala Conference," she said that Islam is the religion of brotherhood, tolerance, love and pace and has forbidden the killing of innocent people and it is high time that we should collectively work for the elimination of the menace of terrorism from the country adding that Kashmir people had following the incident of Karbala for not bowing their knee in front of evil forces. It is high time that we should follow the fundamental principle of Islam and golden teachings of greatest educationist of mankind Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) for overcoming our multifarious problems she said.
Dr Firdous further said that Indian forces were trying to crush Kashmir people by force but unarmed Kashmiri people were rendering great scarifies for the liberation of their motherland from the clutches of India. We will continue extend our diplomatic and morel support to Kashmiri people and Pakistan was highlighting the highhandedness of Indian army in held state at international forums she added.
The Special Assistant further stated that Indian held Kashmir had been converted into jail by the Indian forces as a result of which Kashmiris were confronting with problems since long. The unarmed Kashmiri's were struggling for the liberation of their motherland from Indian yoke despite of barbarism and other brutalities of Indian troops and Indian government was not permitting foreign media teams to visit held valley she said.
Dr Firdous further stated that we strongly condemned the brutal polices of Indian government and longest lock-down in held state for its personal gains but Indian extremists government will face defeat and Kashmir will be liberate.
