Army chief and Bahrain National Guard Commander Tuesday agreed to further enhance military cooperation between the two countries. Commander of the National Guard of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Lieutenant General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Isa Bin Salman Al-Khalifa called on Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa at the General Headquarters.
During the meeting, the matters of mutual and professional interest as well as overall regional security situation were discussed. Both the sides agreed to further enhance military cooperation between the two countries. The visiting dignitary also appreciated Pakistan's positive role for regional peace and stability.
