PARIS: French Finance Minister Francois Baroin said on Monday that EU ministers had everything they needed to approve a second financial rescue package for Greece.
"We have all the elements for an accord," Baroin told Europe 1 radio ahead of a meeting of eurozone finance ministers in Brussels where a bailout worth 130 billion euros ($170 billion) could be approved.
