Eid-ul-Fitr in GCC states today

Muslims in the Gulf's Arab countries and Iran celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr (Friday) today as the Eid moon was sighted in these countries on Thursday. The moon sighting committee of the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has announced that Friday, June 15, 2018 is the first day of the Eid-ul-Fitr in Qatar.
Wam, the UAE's news agency confirmed on Thursday evening that Friday will be the first day of Eid. Saudi Royal Court and Bahrain also have announced Eidul Fitr on Friday and so did Oman, Kuwait and Yemen.
