The seven-member caretaker cabinet of Sindh was administered oath by the provincial Governor Mohammad Zubair Umer at a ceremony at the Governor House, here on Friday. The caretaker ministers who took oath included Khair Mohammad Junejo, Mushtaq Ahmed Shah, Jameel Yusuf, Dr Junaid Shah, Col Dost Mohammad Chandio(rtd), Dr Sadia Virk Rizvi and Simon John Daniel.
Caretaker Chief Minister Fazul-ur-Rehman, IGP Sindh AD Khowaja, P&D chairman Mohammad Waseem, other senior incumbent and retired bureaucrats, and members of civil society attended the oath-taking ceremony that was conducted by Sindh Chief Secretary Rizwan Memon.
After the ceremony, caretaker chief minister Fazul-ur-Rehman led his cabinet members to Mazar-e-Quaid to pay respect to the father of nation. The chief minister laid floral wreath at the grave of founder of Pakistan, offered fateha and recorded his impressions in the visitors' book.
