KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Wednesday at 21,083.42 points with a negative change of -79.55 and volume of 50,793,900 shares. High and Low were 21,216.24 and 21,038.13 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 4 were up, 25 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 101,040,340 shares. Total companies traded were 345 of which 115 were positive, 200 were negative and 30 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 16,528,600 shares. It was followed by Power Generation and Distribution with a total traded volume of 14,090,000 shares.
