The Advisor to Prime Minister and provincial president PML-N Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Amir Muqam on Tuesday criticised PTI chairman Imran Khan and KP Chief Minister Pervez Khattak for awarding party tickets to billionaires for Senate polls.
Addressing public gathering in Sher Ghar district Mardan, he said Imran Khan totally ignored his workers and leaders and issued party tickets to billionaires including Ayub Afridi, Khiyal Zaman and Fida Khan for getting commission.
He said these people had not serve PTI and the same was acknowledged by Imran Khan that he had not issued tickets to party leaders or workers, adding how could Imran Khan run the affairs of a state since he could not run party's affairs correctly.
Muqam said Imran Khan should have to show moral courage and order inquiry against himself and Pervez Khattak. He asked PTI workers to hold their leader and KP CM accountable for ignoring party workers and leaders in Senate poll.
He said the people would fully support Nawaz Sharif by casting vote in favour of PML-N in upcoming general elections, adding that Nawaz Sharif and PML-N enjoy trust of masses due to which the some political parties and opposition were afraid of Nawaz Sharif's popularity.
