Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan is moving towards the destination envisioned by Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Iqbal. While talking to former member national assembly Umar Ayub Khan who called on him here today, Shahbaz said the country is moving towards progress and prosperity under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
The national economy of Pakistan has been strengthened as a result of holistic economic policies and renowned international organizations are also openly recognizing this economic progress of Pakistan, he said. Shahbaz said that billions of rupees have been saved by ensuring transparency in development projects, and added that decrease in corruption in Pakistan has been acknowledged by the world.
He said that the opponents of public development have failed in their every effort to impede the development process of the country and every conspiracy of these disgruntled elements has remained unsuccessful by the blessings of Almighty Allah and support of the conscience-people. He said that our every step is adopted for the public welfare and prosperity of the country and this journey of development and prosperity would be completed under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
