Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Revenue Haroon Akhtar Khan will visit Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday (today). During his visit, Haroon Akhtar will chair a high-level meeting to discuss the PSX's proposals for federal budget 2017-18. It is expected that Chairman Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) Zafar Hijazi, Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Dr Muhammad Irshad and Commissioner Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan will also attend this meeting at PSX.
The Chairman, Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited Munir Kamal will welcome the guests. He will present key issues and proposals of the capital market. Participation from the PSX side will also include members of the Board of Directors of PSX, members of the Taxation Committee of PSX and senior market participants.
