RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Tuesday at 18,825.80 points with a negative change of -99.03 and volume of 124,452,400 shares. High and Low were 19,429.72 and 18,747.94 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 11 were up, 18 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 181,729,720 shares. Total companies traded were 375 of which 167 were positive, 190 were negative and 18 were unchanged.

Technology and Communication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 50,202,500 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 20,733,800 shares.
